It is worth the struggle though because you end up with the softest and most beautiful tree skirt. Do you have to use fur yarn?? Of course not! You may actually want to start with non-fur yarn to be sure you've got the hang of it. The pattern is created for a 7 foot tree, but there are instructions for making it bigger or smaller depending on what you like!
